Launched in 2015, State Of The Art began as a boutique art consulting business in Westchester, NY. She then added interior decor for her clients and has since expanded upstate to Columbia County, Dutchess County and the Southern Berkshires. Katharine strives to create beautiful and functional spaces that reflect each client’s personality in an elegant and comfortable way.
